Please note:

• haven't restricted every phoning home to Mozilla, but it's covered at @allo-
• haven't touched fonts settings yet, need reasonable compromise comfort<>fingerprint
• haven't touched WebGL settings yet, need reasonable compromise comfort<>fingerprint
• haven't touched most network speedups, too much stuff and too much research needed, up to user if he/she wants
• haven't listed some entries I don't use, but are covered at @allo-

Look into:

• Meta Referer: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=704320 is it already fine or can we even improve with this? How does it affect the referer settings?
