Changes to input files
- Headered TSV files are now the new default input
- Relevant columns (indiv, sire, dam, and sex) will be parsed
- For the original headerless trios/duos input format, use
-It - Files ending with
.famor.pedwill still be interpreted as in PLINK format (otherwise, specify-Ip)
Inconsistent sex will throw an error
- For instance, if an individual is listed as male, but also as a dam
