reference/cli.md: removed flags, wrong descriptions, and ~20 missing commands and flags #4

Description

@O6lvl4

Found by diffing the page against almide --help and each subcommand's --help on 0.36.0.

Documents things that no longer exist

  • --target npm — removed with the TS backend. almide build --target npm hard-errors and exits 2.
  • almide fmt src/ — a directory argument fails (Is a directory (os error 21), and still exits 0). Only file paths work.
  • Exit code 101 — index-out-of-bounds, divide-by-zero and an err(...) from main all exit 1. 101 was never observed.
  • main(args)main takes no parameters (E028). Arguments arrive via env.args(); the -- passthrough itself still works.

Descriptions that do not match behaviour

  • almide compile — the default writes target/compile/<name>.almdi. The human-readable interface listing shown on the page is what --dry-run produces.
  • "compiles it with rustc" — it goes through cargo.
  • The diagnostic sample uses at line 5; the real format is --> file:line:col.

Missing

  • Subcommands: lsp, explain, dep-path, install, ide, fix, docs-gen, and the bare-invocation REPL.
  • build: --unchecked-index, --repr-c, --cdylib, --emit-unverified, --wasm-opt, --verified / --no-verified.
  • run: --target rust|wasm, --release.
  • test: --json, --target wasm.
  • compile: --dry-run, -o/--output. fmt: --check, --dry-run.
  • almide init also creates tests/ and CLAUDE.md.

Worth considering generating the command/flag tables from --help output so this cannot drift again.
