First public release: zero-custody health data layer for MCP.

  • Core (@almostjacked/health-mcp-core): 7 data tools over your own Supabase — including get_energy_inputs, shaped for fitness-tools' Kalman adaptive-tdee.
  • Edge functions (attached below): paste health-mcp.ts and health-ingest.ts into your Supabase dashboard's function editor — the connector runs entirely in YOUR project.
  • Setup wizard: npx @almostjacked/health-mcp setup provisions everything (schema, secrets, deploys) in ~3 minutes.
