Bugs fixed

• .exe version was stuck on 5.7.0 when viewing bt.txt file properties in Windows. This is becuase .rc file had invalid version numbers.
• "discover system browsers" button did not do anything after clean install. This is most likely what #242 by @tariano was indicating, but it did not have detailed description of the issue.
