The desktop app updates automatically by default. You can manage updates in Settings.

Install ORX on a remote machine

For remote servers and compute clusters, install ORX directly from a terminal:

curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -LsSf https://github.com/alphaXiv/OpenResearch/releases/download/v0.2.18/openresearch-cli-installer.sh | sh

To update an existing terminal installation, run orx update.
