Update vosk-model-small-ru-0.22-compile fails: FATAL: FstCompiler: Bad state ID integer #2004

Greetings,

Downloaded the model as wget "https://alphacephei.com/vosk/models/vosk-model-small-ru-0.22-compile.tar.gz", copied it to kaldi/egs/wsj/s5 and trying to compile from there.

I have applied changes from this commit and have my path.sh as

which looks correct. Still have an error running compile_graph, full log below. Would greatly appreciate any help with the issue.
