Marketplace eligibility fix. No functional changes: if v0.1.0 works for you, there is nothing here you need.
What changed
SDKVersion in the manifest goes from 2 to 3. Elgato's Maker Console rejects submissions below 3, and its DRM step cannot validate against 2.
Nothing else moved. Software.MinimumVersion stays at 7.1, no dependencies changed, and the plugin's behavior is identical. The packaged bundle was extracted to a bare directory and launched the way Stream Deck launches it, to confirm it still starts under the new value.
Requires the Stream Deck app 7.1 or newer, same as before.
