OMP 18.0.9 cross-platform beta 2

Native clients for OMP NInfer v0.2 early access:

  • macOS 26 arm64: archive and hosted qualification receipt
  • Windows 11 x64: archive and hosted qualification receipt
  • Ubuntu 24.04 x64: archive and hosted qualification receipt

Prerelease only. This does not promote the stable OMP channel or activate any production inference route.
