Document the MCU cable's port name on all three platforms - #7

macOS is now verified too: Reaper driving the surface through the dongle's MCU cable with no host software running. That completes the set, and the three naming schemes differ enough to be worth a table. ALSA and CoreMIDI both read the per-cable jack strings, but compose them differently; WinMM ignores them entirely and names cables by position, so on Windows there is nothing called "Command8 MCU" to look for and the cable is identified only by being the fourth port. Anyone configuring a DAW hits this immediately, and looking for a name that does not exist on your platform is a confusing way to start. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
