lex-lang 0.10.15 (alpibrusl/lex-lang#774, #772) — copy-on-write lists + move-out-on-last-read, and the project-scoped lex-vcs store. Neither changes anything lex-code depends on directly, but the toolchain pin should track the latest release now that it's out and verified. lex check --strict, lex fmt --check, lex test, and the bar-mode gate (including its own toolchain_pin probe) are all green under 0.10.15.
