Yarrow 0.1.0

First release of Yarrow, open firmware for the FNIRSI GC-03 radiation detector.

One firmware file per language. Pick yours, then follow docs/install.md: hold OK, press power, plug in USB, copy the file onto the drive that appears.

SHA256SUMS lists the checksum of every file. The stock firmware can be put back the same way at any time.
