Quill's first automated release, now shipping Linux builds as portable AppImages alongside the macOS and Windows artifacts.

Added

  • Package Linux builds as a portable Quill.AppImage through the new scripts/build-linux.bash.

Internal

  • Make the Linux and macOS build scripts target-aware so cross-compiled and native builds share one path.
  • Re-enable the publish_github_release and changelog jobs in the release workflow.
  • Skip the cargo test and cargo clippy steps in the release workflow.
