Polishes the Linux window chrome, clarifies the README, and greases the release pipeline.

Changed

  • Render Linux window controls from dedicated minimize, maximize and close caption glyphs at a crisp 16px grid instead of the re-scaled Bootstrap ICON_DASH/ICON_SQUARE/ICON_X icons.
  • Reduce the Linux title bar height from 48px to 42px.
  • Clarify download package types (Portable Executable, .app file, AppImage) and the config file location ($HOME/.config/quill/config.yml) in README.md.

Internal

  • Install the system dependencies needed for Linux builds (build-essential, pkg-config, fontconfig, freetype, xcb, xkbcommon, ssl, zstd, vulkan) in the test and lint CI jobs.
  • Extract the shared ClickHandler type alias in src/components/mod.rs.
  • Move documentation media from .docs/ to docs/ and add the Rust toolchain update runbook.
