v2023.8.0-beta9 fixing data type bug in forecast mode for PyETO as reported in #151. Also fixing bug in Static for a data type issue.
Keep in mind that docs are non-existent at this point, except one Wikipage. Also, there is no migration from version 1 to version 2, so please back up your configuration before installing this version in case you need to go back.
