Sprint 3

Covered the following user stories:

1. applicant should be able to apply and enter detail for that type of fund…contact, phone number, email. Applicant able to upload an attachment or pdf.
2. Applicant can view what they uploaded and delete the thing they uploaded
3. Fm view details submitted by app make. For each fund, they can see who applied and their details
4. Fm can approve or reject the applicant ions from the applicant.
5. Applicant know if they’ve been accepted or rejected
6. Once fm has approved or rejected, the details of the fund should be updated. Budget for fund should decrease as well as the number of those opportunities

• As a applicant, I want to be able to sign up without verification so that i can see potential funding opportunities on the site
• As a funding manager, I want to be able to sign up as a funding manager and receiving a pending request so that I have the ability to either be a valid funding manager if the request is approved.
• As a platform manager, I want to be able to login into the site without signing up, so that i can administrate the site via the admin dashboard
• As a platform manager, I want to be able to approve or deny funding manager requests, so that i can ensure that the site only has valid funding managers
