Changes:
- Reduced mod file size by another 27%.
While rearranging a few files saved a bit on a few unnecessarily long names. Also added machette, to strip the LVT given the only use for it can't occur with what the mod does (helpful NPEs, our locals can't ever be null). It also automatically minifies the jsons so I don't have to do it manually every time. Absolutely no removed functionality.
