Fixed

• regions tool: topByAffinity was returned in structuredContent but not declared in the tool's outputSchema. Because the generated JSON schema sets additionalProperties: false, MCP clients that strictly validate structured output rejected every regions response. The field is now declared in the schema (same row shape as regions).
