Changes

  • Claude reviewer is read-only in every mode. When the files are embedded in the prompt and no references are given, Claude now gets no tools at all (--tools ""). Your MCP servers are never loaded (--strict-mcp-config).
  • Clearer skill instructions for the calling agent: a direct PowerShell call and a bash here-document form, so lists of paths, $, and quotes arrive unchanged; the idle stop is explained as silence, not total time.
  • Plugin READMEs in each plugin folder: what it does, which files go to which vendor, requirements, and install commands.
  • Privacy section in the README (English and Japanese).
  • Install with the skills CLI: npx skills add altstack/cross-agent-review -g -a <agent> -s <skill> ..., one agent per line. See the README.
  • All plugin manifests are now version 0.2.1.

Upgrade

  • Skills via install.ps1: pull the repository and run pwsh -File install.ps1 -Force.
  • Plugins: claude plugin marketplace update, codex plugin marketplace upgrade, or grok plugin update.

Offline tests: Claude 17, Codex 15, Grok 15, installer 6, all passing.
