Exposed Typings

After small "fight" between proper tsconfig setup, ended up having a bit simplified code.

Based on Vite build config:

• build remain to contain built code for GitHub pages

Based on tsconfig changes:

• dist is dedicated for main components *.js files and also *.js.map files in case of need.
• types is dedicated strictly for typings aka *.d.ts files, exposed after tsc build with dedicated tsconfig.dist.json

In package.json:

• Set "main" file referring to dist/App.js to avoid using index.js
• Same with "types" = "types/App.d.ts"
