Feedtack 1.0.0

First release under the Feedtack name, and the first one you can safely pin to.

Pin the CDN to this tag instead of @main:

Better still, copy widget/feedtack.js into your own site and serve it yourself. Then nothing on your clients' pages depends on this repository staying up. The docs now walk through the whole install from scratch: the Cloudflare account, the R2 subscription, the D1 database, the R2 bucket, Resend, and what each free tier actually allows.

The WordPress plugin attached below ships the widget inside the zip and serves it locally by default, so it has no external dependency either.

Note for anyone who followed the old advice: @v0.1.0 returns 404. At that tag the widget was still called widget/tack.js.
