  • based on v4.5-dev (for Flip sleep support)
  • add watcher function for apps and retroarch to stop garbling by forcing 480p resolution instead of allowing switching to 560p
  • blank out garbling in areas that cannot be easily fixed

This is a patch, not support for new resolution. There is still some garbling on setup.
