External-only merged storage.\n\n- Keep the system storage branch out of merged /DATA storage.\n- Preserve existing system data while moving /DATA onto external mergerfs branches.\n- Keep system AppData available at /DATA/AppData and restore it safely when the merged view is removed.\n\nImplemented in CasaOS-LocalStorage PR IceWhaleTech#71.
