I think this is related to #3296 issue

Revert SteamVr to "previous" instead of "Public Default Version" or "beta" in the "Game Versions and Betas" section. That fixed it for me.

Edit: I'm stupid it literally says that in the photo that I didn't read. I sweat I found that out on my own.
