Messenger Randomizer AP v0.14.11

New:

• Some existing in game settings added to the APconfig.toml
• APConfig.toml will now update itself as you play, saving your current settings.
• Added a toggle to disable shop hint display, which will hide both what the item is and not send out hints for it when enabled.
• Shop items will be hidden and hints disabled when race mode is enabled on the generator (0.5.1 only)

Fixes:

• Disconnecting on completing certain events
• Random disconnects not being caught should be fixed
• More durable item receiving - back to being instant.
