Fixes:
- Failing to connect correctly to games generated pre-0.5.1
- Transition shuffle teleporting incorrectly when portal shuffle is disabled
Since generic entrance rando finally got merged into archipelago main, an updated build allowing for generation of transition shuffle has been added here.
