Fixes:
- Arty's portals teleport to the correct place
- Prevent reloading a save from tower of time or corrupted future entrances from teleporting elsewhere
- Temporarily remove the searing crags teleport trap until I find why it's broken
Changes:
- Changed the formatting of the hint menu text and reduced the font size so it's a bit more legible. The weird margins are due to the way the vanilla game handles its options menu, with it expecting separate items to exist on the right side - may move the status to that area in the future.
