Trouble Shooting #Installation Uninstallation

Installation

This requires a secure connection to the virtual LAN of company network server "\t49-vol4". Navigate to following link:

\\t49-vol4\ECommerce\Merch Ops\Site Operations & Improvements\Saks Direct Site Operations\Work Flow\Master Templates\Workflow Automated Tool\Releases 2.0

Run "setup.exe" and wait for icon on desktop to appear.

Uninstallation

Navtigate to "Control Panel" using the search function in windows, click "Add or Remove programs". Find "Lifecycle Workflow Tool" and click on uninstall.

If uninstalltion fails:

Navigate to:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\LifeCyccleWorkflow2

Then delete the entire folder, this should uninstall all relevant files.

If you wish to delete the user settings as well, please navigate to:

C:\Users\Username\Documents\LifeCycle Workflow Automation

Then delete the entire folder.
