COLMAP built from source with CUDA

Added a dedicated colmap-builder Docker stage that compiles COLMAP against CUDA 12.6 on Ubuntu 24.04, replacing the pre-packaged Ubuntu 22.04 apt version (v3.7, CPU-only in headless containers)
GPU SIFT feature extraction and matching are now enabled when a GPU is available (--gpu flag)
Runtime image upgraded to nvidia/cuda:12.6.3-base-ubuntu24.04

Pipeline GPU flag forwarded to COLMAP

pipeline.py now passes use_gpu through to run_colmap, so GPU-enabled RunPod instances use GPU acceleration end-to-end

Testing improvements (since v0.1.9)

test_local.sh validator updated to match SDK's Python repr output format
