UV Light
12V led tape, 405nm wavelength, 14.4W per meter.
You'll need 5 meters for sufficient results, but you may get away with 3 meters for smaller station. What is equally important as led light, is reflection. Glass mirror, mirror foil or Mylar foil used in agriculture, whatever is easiest for you to get your hands on. If nothing, kitchen aluminum foil will also work, although not that good as mentioned stuff.

Microcontroller
Because GUI run as a standalone app, there's no
HTMLcode to eat flash, it can run even on ESP-01.If run on ESP-01, 2 pins goes on light and motor mosfets, 2 pins are free for peripherals like I2C LCD.

Power Supply
150W is sufficient for the project, because it's always the best to double wattage when choosing a power supply.
Don't go under 100W if you use 5 meters tape and 12V-1A dc motor.
-
Step Down Regulator
Adjustable step-down to go from 12V to 5V or 3.3V to power microcontroller.
-
Low RPM DC Motor
If motor is not low rpm, it's possible to increase gear reduction to lower speed, and also to lower PWM duty cycle. I took one from an old printer, it's
850maand works great. -
N-channel MOSFET
The best solution for beginners is to use one of those 15A 400W modules with two transistors on it, since they are pretty cheap and easy to connect, support 3.3V and 5V logic.
On LED side, we will never use more than 6A, even on maximum power. Way less on motor side.

ASA Filament & 3D printer
ASA is heat & UV resistant, perfect combination for rotational axis.
