This release defines recognition rules for confirming AI Foundations / Origin | Continuum Source-Line Anchors and distinguishing confirmed anchors from unconfirmed, copied, mismatched, suspended, removed, invalid, or false source-line claims.

Core rule:

No official confirmation record = no confirmed anchor.

No controlled project URL = no confirmed anchor.
