• Make the light theme the default in the web dashboard (Commander) and
  prevent a Flash of Unstyled Content (FOUC) on page reload.
• Show the Refresh button also when the health status is Pending,
  allowing the user to force a recheck.
• In Refresh, force all disks to spin up to ensure filesystem and SMART
  information is read.
• Remove extra newlines from some HTTP error responses.
• Reset the disk access idle timer when a disk is spun up manually by
  external tools (like hdparm or smartctl) and not by read/write activity
  to prevent it from being immediately spun down again.
