ACAT Tag

This release provides all of the functionality required for the ACAT 2025 parallel talk.

It provides:

1. parsing of a generic workflow description
2. separation of tasks and their resource requirements
3. DAG construction
4. creation of all possible groups, from a combination of compatible tasks (according to the hard constraints)
5. composition of all possible workflows from the existent groups

In addition to the 5 core functionalities above, it also extensively calculates metrics for each group and workflow composition, highlighting factors as resource utilization, event throughput, normalized per event metrics and providing a wide variety of visualizations.
