v3.2.4 closes the canonical zero-execution blocker protocol drift exposed by the real life-blueprint Loop at v208.

  • Aligns DISPATCH_VALIDATION_MATRIX_MISMATCH across runtime, mutation schema, canonical state schema, public contract, and generated Adaptive Packs.
  • Adds a release-gate equality check for the complete closed blocker set.
  • Adds a sanitized real-v208 reconciliation fixture covering atomic commit, projection rebuild, repair accounting, and zero-side-effect rejection guards.
  • Preserves the evidence boundary: this does not fix Codex app-server orphan-process cleanup and does not claim the life-blueprint G03 has passed.

Local and PR/main CI gates passed, including dual 5000-case fuzz, branch coverage above 80%, and macOS isolated installation.
