What changed

  • Generated Adaptive State-Writer instructions now resolve the runtime interpreter from the exact installed codex-loop-state MCP registration.
  • Ambient python3 fallback is forbidden; missing interpreter, bridge, schema, or jsonschema fails closed as STATE_RUNTIME_UNAVAILABLE.
  • Bilingual release documentation and regression coverage are synchronized with v3.2.6.
