Consolidation release. Compression level fallbacks converged on a single source (semantic.ParseLevel) so the configured level applies uniformly (#28); runtime ruleset and command docs corrected to the super-ultra default (#26, #27). Claude Code 2.1 support: statusline reads the native statusLine payload (context-window usage from hook stdin, zero transcript IO on the render hot path, fallback retained for older versions) and plugin.json gains displayName (#30). New hook hot-path latency benchmark harness (make bench-latency) with published figures (#31); known miss: commit-gate non-commit passthrough p95 9.2ms vs 5ms budget due to shared-binary startup floor, fix tracked in #17.
