Hotfix: the status-line $-saved estimate regressed to session scope on Claude Code 2.1 native payloads in v0.12.0 (#34, regression in #30). Cumulative-per-repo semantics restored — native payload now feeds only the ctx segment. Behavioral tests lock the semantics.
