Enterprise-feedback release. Savings meter now prices input-side savings at a blended cache-aware rate from real session telemetry (was flat fresh-input rate — overstated ~10x in heavily cached environments). Input-file compression is now opt-in, default off. Releases are reproducible and verifiable: clean-tree gate, -trimpath, SHA256SUMS, SLSA build-provenance attestation (gh attestation verify -R amargautam/pakka), CycloneDX SBOM.
