The channel summary added in 2.5.0 said "0 active" on an instance whose Telegram notifications were working perfectly well.
It counted the seven notifier plugins. Telegram is not one of them — it is the bot, configured by BOT_TOKEN and CHAT_ID rather than by a plugin — but it sits on the same page and is a notification channel to anyone reading it. Leaving it out turned a line whose whole job is answering "is anything going to reach me?" into a confidently wrong no.
Found on a real instance minutes after tagging 2.5.0. It counts now, and the Telegram card carries a state line of its own so the summary and the cards say the same thing.
Nothing else changed.
