Simplified things:

• Eliminated "link/unlink", which was found to be buggy and a performance issue.
• Eliminated "local", which was just unnecessary syntactic sugar.
• Eliminated (exists) field for object variables. Object variables are always initialized now.
• Added default values for object types. E.g. float default is 0.0.
• Added more assignment operators for "int" and "float" types.
• Added "append" method for string type.
• Cleaned up examples and documentation.

NOTE: Use version 2.1
