Fixed

• Entity filtering for status data - Systems removed from .monitorrc.json are now properly excluded from display (#62)
  • When using entitiesSource: 'monitorrc', only systems configured in .monitorrc.json are displayed
  • Historical data in current.json for removed systems is preserved but not shown on status page
  • Filtering is case-insensitive and respects display: false setting
  • Works for all entity sources: config, monitorrc, and hybrid
