4.2-p1 (Patch 1)

This patch to BMC64 4.2 was created to make running C64OS better on BMC64.
The mouse fix is required to have mouse support work correctly on BMC64, and the other fixes are nice to have.

Installation

Create BMC64 4.2 microSD card as per the offiical BMC64 website
Unzip the contents of the bmc64-4.2-p1.zip archive and replace existing files
