Reload map card after integration upgrade

The map card now detects the integration version and automatically reloads the page when an outdated version is in use.

⚠️ Important: A manual reload is still required when upgrading to this version, since earlier versions do not include this detection logic.

After this upgrade, future updates will reload automatically. This should be the last time a manual refresh is needed.
