Each page links its own style.css. A folder's style.css was lost whenever the root had one too.

data="…" is no longer special. An element imports its data in its build script, import rows from "./rows.json" with { type: "json" }, beside the element, and the page writes the element alone. A data attribute now reaches the template as a plain string.

pagez check lists what to fix in every page, and fails on a warning, so a site that built before may need blank lines around its element lines.

v0.1.0

The first release: one Markdown page and the files beside it, built to dist/ with Vite.

  • pagez build|dev|preview [folder], and pagez() from @amitkaps/pagez/vite for a folder with its own Vite config.
  • The page's head written from its frontmatter, a frame.html around it, and a style.css in place of Pagez's reset and prose, which are exported as @amitkaps/pagez/reset.css and prose.css.
  • Every file the page, its frame and its CSS reference is checked, so a missing one fails the build at its line.

Not yet: elements, ${…}, and many pages.
