This release includes BPM finally becoming a fully usable program

BPM has had a lot of changes done to it over time but this version is the last major change/full re-write it will receive, any other changes done to BPM will from now on only include fixes, adding features, removing obsolete features, and very minor function re-writes for better speed/efficiency or to make function even more compatible on different platforms.

Tarball included has everything required for an install, this includes bpm, bpm and bpm-allow-root templates, and install script.
