Release v3

Built using the Release version this time round, instead of debug.

Lost strands of hair trying to figure out why my code crashed.
Bugfix for min_fl & max_fl, as current code does not check for type and assumes it is a integer.

Additionally, I have developed a python program that converts your input from a excel file into Sid.json, which should hopefully make it easier to maintain your json file.
