Polling control

This release introduces the ability to pause and resume polling from within Home Assistant.

Useful in situations where:

• frequent polling may impact performance
• temporary network instability occurs
• API rate limiting or timeouts need to be avoided

Users can disable polling when needed and re-enable it without restarting the integration.
