Pricing role checked and re-authorized 24+ hours ago — Product Pricing API still returns 403 #5363

My SP-API application has had the Pricing role checked in its role configuration for over 24 hours. Since checking it, I have:
Fully re-authorized the application and generated a brand-new refresh token
Confirmed the new token is what's being used for all API calls
Confirmed via direct inspection that the token contains no scope claims at all
Despite all of this, every call to the Product Pricing API (getCompetitiveSummary) continues to return the identical error, unchanged since before any of the above steps:
403 Unauthorized
Error code: "Unauthorized"
Message: "Access to requested resource is denied."
For context: three other roles on this same application (Finance & Accounting, Inventory and Order Management, Amazon Fulfillment) activated successfully using this exact same process check role, re-authorize, new token and those APIs all wor. Pricing is the only one that hasn't taken effect.
