Developer Profile Restricted Access Request pending for 2+ weeks (Case 21552460011)

Hello SP-API support team,

We are a private developer (self-authorized application for our own seller account only, no third-party access, no PII delegation).

We submitted a Developer Profile update on August 10 (JST) requesting the following roles for the JP marketplace:

• Buyer Communication
• Direct-to-Consumer Shipping (Restricted)

Case ID: 21552460011 (SP-API Developer Profile Update : Restricted Access Request)

The case has remained "In Progress" with no response for over two weeks. A follow-up reply on the case also received no answer, and we have confirmed there are no pending information requests in our inbox or spam folder.

Use case: we sell made-to-order customized products (customer-submitted design data) fulfilled by ourselves, and need the shipping address for fulfillment and the Messaging API (confirmCustomizationDetails) to request customization data required to complete orders.
