SP-API Developer Profile Update stuck since Aug 17 - Case 21649322101

Hello,

I'm the Primary Account Manager for our developer account (BIGLINK AI BRASIL LTDA - EPP_1786391854162). We submitted a request on August 17, 2026 to change our Developer Profile from Private Developer to Public Developer on the Solution Provider Portal, so our application can use OAuth 2.0.

The request has been stuck in Pending Review with no response for almost a month. We've sent follow-ups on the original case and opened a formal escalation, but still have no update:

Could someone from the Amazon team help route this to the right reviewing team, or let us know if anything is missing on our end?
